An order is received once submitted and becomes confirmed after availability is verified and any necessary contact is completed. We may cancel an order and refund any amount paid if an item is unavailable or there is a clear pricing error.

Reservations

Visits and experiences are subject to availability, guest numbers, and the agreed time. Please provide accurate information and tell us in advance about dietary requirements or allergies.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the website unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content, images, or branding for commercial purposes without permission.

Handmade and Food Products

Natural variations in color, shape, or weight may occur because of handmade production and seasonal ingredients. These variations are not considered defects unless they affect product safety or conformity with its description.

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. These terms do not exclude any right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Jordanian law.
