Returns and Exchange Policy

At Beit Al-Aseilat, we aim to deliver every order as described and in good condition. This policy applies without limiting rights granted under Jordanian consumer protection law.

Food Products

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, returns are not accepted once an item has been opened or used, unless it is damaged, does not match the order, or was sent in error.

Handmade and Non-Food Products

Non-food items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and remain in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a clear photo of the item and packaging together with the order number. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer covers return shipping when changing their mind. Beit Al-Aseilat covers the cost if the item is damaged, incorrect, or does not match the order.

Reservations and Experiences

A reservation may be changed or cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Group bookings and private experiences may be subject to additional terms communicated at confirmation.
